Miroslav Šperka is a partner at the V4 Group consultancy and executive at V4 Account, s.r.o. in the Slovak Republic. Within the V4 Group he also acts as statutory representative at V4 Legal, as well as V4 Tax and V4 Audit. Miroslav also practises as a lawyer in the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic, and a legal adviser in Poland.

He specializes in cross-border mergers, M&As, and related tax and legal issues. His formidable negotiating skills are empowered by extensive knowledge of legislation and tax.

Miroslav graduated from the Faculty of Law (MA, 2006) and the Faculty of Economics (BA, 2008) at Matej Bel University (Banská Bystrica). He also graduated from the University of London with Magister Legum (LL.M) in 2008.

Miroslav gives presentations at various professional conferences and seminars in the Slovak Republic, Czech Republic and Poland.
